  • Which bookstore should I preorder from?

YOU PICK! Choose the store closest to you, the one that starts with the same letter as your name, the one you wish you could visit the most, the one you’ve never heard of before, or just one at random! No matter what, you’re going to be supporting a cool independent bookstore!

  • But is there any difference in what I get from each store?

Yes, kind of! Each of the three stores is getting a different version of the taffy sticker, each one representing the three deadly wishes Sundae makes! In addition, I will only be able to personalize books preordered from Copper Dog, so if order from them if that is important to you!

  • What’s the big deal with preordering?

Preordering is the best way to support your favorite authors! All preorders count toward a book’s first week sales, which could add up and land a book on a bestseller list! Plus, there’s only so much room on bookstore shelves, so retailers will choose not to carry books that have not received significant early demand. This means the success of most books is decided before they’re even released. Preorders are SO vital to a book’s success and an author’s career, and I’d be so grateful if you preordered Body Count!

  • Will you be doing any events?

  • If I’m going to attend an event, should I still preorder from one of these stores?

If the event you’re attending isn’t at one of the above bookstores, please preorder from the store you are planning to attend the event at! You could select store pickup, and get your copy the day of the event so I can sign it for you when we hang out in person!

  • Will I still get the keychain and sticker at the event?

Yes! You’ll also get to make your very own Slut Crown!
